At Avenue Kids, we come alongside parents in each child's journey of following Jesus. Every week, we nurture the spiritual growth of children through age-appropriate, Bible-based discipleship. Your child will be in a safe, loving, vibrant, fun and gospel-centered environment. We're glad you're here!
Sunday mornings: Our nursery and early childhood team cares for children from birth through preschool and kindergarten during worship.
Wednesday evenings: Our elementary discipleship program is for kids in about grades 1–5/6 to grow in their faith alongside friends and caring leaders. Your child will experience:
Engaging, Bible-based lessons and activities
Scripture memorization
Prayer
Learning to apply God's Word to everyday life
Age-appropriate, doctrinally sound teaching
Time: Wednesday Nights 6:30-8:00pm

Requirements For Serving
To ensure a great experience and provide our children with a safe, secure, and welcoming environment, there are several requirements for volunteering with Avenue Kids.
Volunteers must be 18 years or older and pass a background check. Volunteers are trained for the safety and security of our churches youngest members. (Male volunteers in nursery are currently limited to dads with children currently in nursery and must serve along a female.) We require two adults in each classroom at all times to ensure safety and security of the children and volunteers. Volunteers have access to a “floater” as needed.
